At Bluggle Pvt Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. That’s why we have a clear and comprehensive refund policy in place. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help. We’re committed to making the refund process as easy and transparent as possible, so you can feel confident and reassured when purchasing our services. Please note that all refund requests must be received in writing, and cannot be processed via phone or voicemail. Cancellation and Refund Policies:
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email to us at customersupport@bluggleconferences.com.
If a cancellation request is submitted at least thirty days prior to the event dates and refund costs, payments will be reimbursed. The total refund amount will be less any relevant taxes.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 30 days before the event, less any applicable taxes and refund fees.
Cancellations notified less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund
Non-attendance:
In the event that someone cancels without giving notice, it's referred to as a "no-show," and there won't be any reimbursement.
Changes to Event:
If significant changes are made to the event (e.g., change of date or location), participants will have the option to request a refund if they are unable to attend due to the changes.
Requests must be made within a specified timeframe after the announcement of the change.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 15 - 30 days of the refund request approval.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If this is not possible, an alternative refund method will be arranged.
Transfer of registration:
In the event that the registered individual is unable to attend, fully paid registrations may be transferred to another member of the same organization.
The registered person should email us at customersupport@bluggleconferences.com.com with the replacement person's full name, title, contact phone number, and email address.
All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless you specify otherwise.
Registration can be transferred from one conference to another if the person can't attend the original conference.
However, transfers are not allowed if you inform us within 14 days of the respective conference.
Transferred registrations are not eligible for a refund.
Transfer Fee:
A nominal transfer fee of $50 will be charged for processing the change.
Non-Refundable Items:
Accommodation and Travel: The conference organizers are not responsible for refunds related to accommodation, travel, or other personal expenses incurred by the participant.
Administrative Fees: Any administrative fees charged during the registration process are non-refundable.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before to arrival are often subject to the cancellation rules of the individual hotel.(Accommodations will incur additional fees.)
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change your accommodation booking.
We will inform you of your accommodation provider's cancellation policy to ensure you understand any non-refundable deposits.
Visa Information:
Due to heightened security, we advise applying for a visa as soon as possible since each country will have a different procedure for applying a visa. (i.e.) Three months would be the average wait time in several European countries.
As the conference organizer, Bluggle Pvt Ltd will provide all necessary documentation for the visa application process. If any more documents are needed, participants will be accountable for obtaining these. However, we’ll provide all the informational assistance.
Note: Visa issues are not covered by our cancellation policy, including visa application failures.
Additional Considerations:
Partial Attendance
No Refund for Partial Attendance: Participants who attend only part of the conference are not eligible for partial refunds. Full registration fees apply regardless of the duration of attendance.
Group Registrations
Group Cancellation: For group registrations, the same cancellation and refund policies apply. However, any changes must be communicated through the group leader or designated contact person.
Group Transfer: Transfers within a group registration are allowed without additional fees if requested before the transfer deadline.
Special Circumstances:
Opulent Conferences consider refunds under special circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency) on a case-by-case basis. Kindly submit supporting documents for the requests made id the documents are not satisfactory legslly bluggle will have the rights to cancel at any time.
Please note that the company reserves the right to modify, amend, or change its policies at any time without prior notice with proper legal exponent. These changes may reflect updates to our operations, legal requirements, or organizational needs. We encourage participants, clients, and supporters to review our policies regularly to stay informed of any updates. (i.e.) Should a natural disaster or other unanticipated occurrence occur The conference may be rescheduled or its dates may be altered in such circumstances. Any revised dates will be quickly communicated to participants, who can opt to either attend the rescheduled event or receive a complete refund.
